This portable regulation-size (4.25 inch) golf hole automatically helps you improve your putting fundamentals of speed and aim.
The 360-degree incline teaches you the ideal speed: hard enough to get into the hole, but leave yourself a tap-in if you miss. You must also have the correct aim, or the putt will get deflected.
Increase the height by inserting the Speed Bump (sold separately, 2nd Generation or later).
Increase the difficulty by inserting the Center Cup (sold separately).

Used the to go cup and speed bump. These training aids helped in finding the center of the cup and a speed to make the putt. On a down hill putt going past the hole, I had trouble with a correct speed to sink the putt instead of coming up short of the hole. Best use of the speed bump training aid is putting on side hill lies.
